He does not use the term itself, but often speaks of inherited traits and
race. Hell, who didn't in that time period? And later! I recall eugenic
tainted social beliefs from the forties. But Nietzsche wasn't one to speak
of breeding an existing strain to perfection. He believed there was no
perfect race, that the Uberman (Superman, Overman) did not (yet) exist. In
order to break the myth of an existing perfect race, he proposed the
opposite, miscegenation. He would not have been a Nazi, for example. He had
no respect whatsoever for the Nazi proclivities. German militant fanatics
misconstrued the spirit of his writing, his energy of free and radical ideas
in order to promote rhetoric that was not Nietzsche's.
Beware that all the works alleged to be Nietzsche's are not his, especially
the late works after he became ill; they were forgeries, allegedly
perpetrated by his twisted sister, Elisabeth.

Probably to badger bait.
Badgers are one of the world most ferocious animals; for good reason.
Which kind of makes them a beautiful animal (badgers that is) along
side Polar Bears.
Both (badger/polar bear) very laid back (play) until they need to feed
or protect..
