Drinking water from seawater (Cheapest way)

Author: Sanny

Researchers have developed a way of producing drinking water from
seawater.

You can get 1Cubic Meter of Water for Just 1 Kwh Energy from Sea-
Water.

Drinking water from seawater - that is twice as efficent.

How much 1kwhr Costs?

The new technique use electricity to break the salt ions and make
clean water for just 1 Kwh of energy.

Drinking water is a big problem for big cities but with the new
technique it would be easy to feed clean drinking water in large
cities.

Bye
Sanny

What was written in the article was 1.5 kWh.

No discussion of maintenance, or problems of increased saline levels
near the plant on life there.

Oh yes. I forgot to mention:
- rainfall, 0 kWh energy usage.
- solar still, 0 kWh energy usage.
- desalination where waste heat is available (boat engines, power
plants), variable energy usage.
