DNA Matching: Constitutional Rights Limitation Ad Absurdum

No wonder folk think the law is such an asss

If a poster could make a case that the cops should not try to catch a
serial killer by
any DNA matchings, then have at it.

Persuade us this (expediency?) is the road to totalitarianism

What the h is the distinction of fingerprinting & of DNA matching ?

Is there any other country or jurisdiction or government in the World
that by interpretation of law can't pursue using certain DNA matching?

I hereby perceive this is sorta why a Palin is so fresh & attractive
to voters.

She knows how to glibly/humorously/demagogically pin a "lack of
ordinary common horse sense" onto liberalistic donkeys

I'm sure there is a rational case to be made; but I'll be d'ed if I
would theoretically attempt it.

This is partly also why I ain't an attorney: F inherent injustice,
obfuscation, and such an absurdist absolutist holding.
