It's a liberation, a freeing from false beliefs. One of the most
important acts of a lifetime. A free mind is capable of several
disillusionments during a lifetime. It signifies a significant change
on the social-intellectual continuum, such as being released from a
hurtful or abusive relationship, or from a negative religious belief/
affiliation, for example.
