If we mistreat our pets, they may bite. If we take away animal
habitats, they may move into the cellar. But, the beautiful and
majestic creatures may die off-- the eagle, the tiger, many great
species -- leaving cities infested with rodents and disease-spreading
vermin.

Cause-and-effect -- are we really aware of, and are we really planning
carefully, what we are doing? Or are we just pouring masses of
concrete, joyfully and liberally, onto the wild, and waste into air,
with shortsighted vigor and nonchalant, expansion-happy ignorance?
Well, after doing this for awhile, with even the most conservative
acting like inflammed liberals with their irresponsibility, we can see
the results. Thus future efforts should be conducted with a bit more
intelligent consideration into what effects we desire, and how best to
plan for those.
