combined with google wikipedia certainly i'd agree - though why you single
out continental philosophy - perhaps it that its literature style makes it
more sexy to read?

Try random lines from the last chapter of 'Lie Down in Darkness'. It
adds a touch of psychosis (the really hot kind; like Catherine Deneuve
in 'Repulsion') to the mix.

Interesting. In DARKNESS VISIBLE, Styron touches on the psychological
links between LIE DOWN IN DARKNESS & his incipient depression.

Tautological with what? The idea that knowledge relates to something other -
a very enlightened thought. For po-mo isn't it that philosophy attempted a
tautology - and failed.
