Has Nader publicly remarked he regrets what happened in 2000?

Apparently he has not explicitly conceded the obvious.

Doesn't Nader understand that politics is inherently compromising,
absurdist, shitty, & postulating-acting?

Yeah, he surely gets that, but he also rather egocentrically thinks
Naderism is above it

Is Nader merely a crank?

If Ralph actually does take a five percent of the vote this time as
polls are indicating currently, it'll be presumed that most of his
vote would've gone to Obama, and if McCain wins by a very thin
plurality, then Nader shall go down in history as some kind of tragic
figure whom knowingly made the world worse via foolish idealism.

Meanwhile: The Atlanta "Libertarian-Republican" Bob Barr is currently
getting approximately 2 percent in the same poll, and that vote
seemingly would go by default to McCain if Barr quits.

If Nader stays in, then go Barr a la Ross Perot in the 1990s whom
apparently fatally damaged Bush I's re-election.
