There are so many different kind of humans.
Some do not think at all.
Others read some religion or other and that is it for them. They take the
words literally and cannot see or think beyond.
Various Gods have appeared on incarnated on Earth - Jesus was in no way the
only one - one of the Hindu Gods who reincarnated as Krishna and Buddha is
an example. As indeed were many Greek Gods and Goddesses who lived in
Olympia.
Some think ONLY science - and will not allow for any outside power or force
other than what can be explained.
Some like you seem to think the "answer" is outside the realm of the
conscious existence and is somewhere else.
As there are so many different kinds of humans - then there are so many
different kinds of "answers" FOR them.
To some the answer really is that they will met Jesus when they die - and
live in heaven.
Simple as that.
To others they are a little afraid that they may have "sinned".
Others do not care whether they sin or do wrong - as they do not believe in
anyone or anything.
Some are sure they live on after they leave the mortal coil you are in now -
some are sure they do not.
Some have relationships with those who have passed on - and are certain they
will see them again.
Some have many odd and strange experiences that verify to them that there is
more to life than the ordinary and explained.
So in your teaching and preaching - and in anyone's teaching and preaching -
there are hundred and hundreds of different answers for every human.
Your own views are yours alone.
Maybe similar to "some" other humans.
But certainly not the ONLY view and the ONLY answer for ALL humans.
As a human you may indeed understand other humans better than we do.
Although we speak English - many of the words do not make sense to us as
they do not "translate".
Coming from a world where we have great intelligence - and things change -
we have no stories such as you do as say one Bible that remains the same.
We have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of these stories - with songs and
poems and visuals and we much enjoy them.
We do indeed record history - but as time is irrelevant in our view - and we
may indeed traverse in time and change and alter history - then what point?
If we wish to prove facts - then we follow a time-line or a particular
species in order that facts may be viewed as past and thus proven. But any
time-line in any species is irrelevant to us in the long term - the long
term meaning eternity.
Even a hundred years with humans to prove certain facts about humans - would
in the consequence of eternity become irrelevant - except the proven nature
of certain facts and conclusions we have drawn.
