The methane is mostly from corn fed beef. Your goat, chickens, rabbits,
etc are insignificant, but important in terms of your own well being.

The home grown veggies prolly have trace minerals from the organic soil
that are needed for maximal mental development in childhood. You mite
add greensand to help with that. Since trees draw from the subsoil and
even the bedrock, their shed leaves also have trace minerals.

Modern chemicals kids are exposed to in homes and schools can sensitize
them to produce allergies. Natural foods with trace minerals can have
the allergy receptors blocked by the trace minerals and micro nutrients
plants absorb from organic soils.
