It is interesting that suffering deepens and heightens you as a person.
If you have suffered then your happiness is greater than someone who has not
suffered.

In a religious sense - those who suffer are specially chosen - so that they
may be loved more and feel more love and so that they may know and love the
Divine Being more.

It is a strange thing that you can look at someone who suffers - and
although you do feel pity - you can be aware that they have been chosen and
favoured by the Divine Being - that in essence - those who suffer are those
who are preferred or favoured.

It is the opposite to the normal view. That those with happy charmed lives
are not as preferred or loved by the Divine Being as those who suffer.

As all are basically loved - but to differing degrees - those who suffer in
essence are loved more. They are chosen to be "more" of who they are.
This would apply say to the story of fallen Angels - it is well documented
that these were the preferred and favourite Angels.
If there is any truth to the story - these Angels may have been cast out by
the Divine Being - but they would then suffer.
Thus upon their reconciliation and return - they would love more and feel
more love and thus in the long term be far happier than if they had not
suffered.

So in essence - it is all about love. There is no anger or punishment - but
there is suffering in order to make you deeper and greater and more of who
you are - in order that you can know and love more.

An interesting view. And all suffering would be intentional and arranged.
