The Universal "sign" of intelligence is to ask questions.
If you ask questions - thus you are intelligent.
The more questions you ask - the more intelligent you are.
Those who say they "know" are the dullards and braggarts and should be
ignored - as for any human to "know" would be impossible.
They may "know" in a very limited small human way - but never in an all
encompassing Universal way.
