This is just a goofy AA slogan. AA is, of course, that religious
organization that purports to be the only cure for the disease
of alcoholism. Nevertheless, this can't really define the word
"insanity," for reasons the poster Jack pointed out, and for
the simple reason that it doesn't even capture the essense
of psychotic mental illness.
Sean: I'm not responsible for who else may have used such a saying. It's
just a saying.
And I'm not diagnosing "psychotic mental illness". See a doctor if you or a
friend have such concerns. :)

Well, we could all stand lower taxes. But that's not
something new.
Sean:
No it's not new. Neither are the various MO's of those who declare they want
lower taxes, or the govt's that implement lowering of taxes as Bush did, as
my own govt has done. Does that prove my point in any way?

So you are advocating a religious enlightenment true believer
sort of thing?
Sean:
No .... are you?

Actually, as Nietzsche told us, "Insanity in individuals
is rare, in peoples, nations, parties, and races it is
the rule." Where would we be without Nietzsche's
honest sense of humor? I'd add 12-step organizations,
churches, and mass protests to the list, but that's sort
of implied by induction.
Sean:
I take it that you didn't quite understand the rhetorical questions implicit
in the word "consider".
Fine by me.

Doubts about gender identity? Where did you get this
definition, from some obsolete Freudian text?
Sean:
Do a search online, I'm sure you find a reliable source, if you LOOK.

Well isn't he a clever dick!
In religion and politics, people's beliefs and convictions are in almost
every case gotten at second hand, and without examination.
