www.michaelhayes.net/articles.html.

If this doesnt rattle your cage, nothing will.

Puts a whole new meaning on Lennon and McCartney's song "When Im
64".......They must have been 'secret geneticists' as well .:-).

Theres enough information there to keep this group firing for 'eons'.

" Pi is, in fact, a symbolic embodiment of the two most fundamental laws
of nature, namely: the ubiquitous law of three forces, (active-passive-
neutral) and the lesser known but equally all-embracing law of octaves."

There is one 'law of nature' exhibited by PI that is not symbolic.
In nature, Numbers fail finality through their own nature.

He says:
"The General Theory of just about Everything centres on a familiar
numerical symbol: 22/7. This is Pi of course, ..."

Well, 22/7 does not equal pi so that blows his theory right there :)

Pi is _not_ 22/7, first of all. Pi can't even be
expressed as a fraction, since it is _irrational_.
That is the definition of the word "irrational":
it can't be expressed as a ratio of integers.
That's just the first problem.

Another problem is that our scale, with 8 notes
per octave is a product of evolution. There are
actually 12 semitones per octave, and that too
is a product of social evolution. The semitones
at least display a mathematical symmetry (i.e.
a semitone up implies a frequency that is the
12th root of 2 times higher. The rest of this article
is the usual numerology shell game.

A sceptic's nightmare? Dream on!
A rational 'firing' squad stopped your 'Pi' in the sky in short order.
Your numbers are squarely in gun sight. Release another mystic
skeet!

It is time for you to break free from the influences of magical Greeks
(Pythagoras) and magnified Liverpudlians (Beatles)!
