ya! thought you'd be in on this thread somehow Don
...there isnt any logic to the idea that inflicting pain
on anyone will make them kinder and it certainly isnt
any kindness to suffer without full knowledge of what or
why, I can suppose that at some level in very closest
relationships and affairs, you can start a fight or some
attention seeking, etc.
although I am not alone with prior experience of wanton abuse
of myself, the woomen I have met have always opted for surgery
sooner than suffer the pain, fear, inconsequences, neglect
they felt to have suffered when they were very small. I know
that the helplessness they felt at defence, becomes a
helplessness they felt to prevent the probable torture of their
children in their future, and even tho it doesnt appear to make
any sense to 'get rid of the child abuse, by getting rid of the
child' because we all know the childs life will always come
first, the idea is perpetuated throught science as well.
