Jehoshua is Moshiach, or rather He will be when He comes again, this
time with infinite Power.
The reason He cannot do much of anything until then is that He is
bound by the Principle of Fairness, which is the real essence of the
so-called Prime Directive of Star Trek.
To help some and not others would violate the Principle of Fairness,
aka Equality Wisdom.
Of one thing you can be sure. The very moment that Moshiach has
infinite Power, He will come!
