I agree with you that it does not prove 9/11 was a conspiracy. However
the Balkan war does show a degree of incompetance and inconsistency.
It is almost as if Oceania were fighting Eurasia and suddenly when
9/11 happens we are at war with East Asia. Big Brother changes the
country mid speech.
