2003 Calender "More Items"

I work at a church and most of our activities happen on Sunday and Wednesday. Unfortunately the calendar displays "More Items" when we print it. Is there any way to fix this, other than deleting the recurring events? We will be posting our calendar on our website so we can't delete anything. The font is already set at size 8.

... on PST files and you can not share a PST file (live) without 3rd party tools. Outlook 2007 supports an other "sharing/synchronization" function. You see some of them on this website: http://blogs.msdn.com/melissamacbeth/ (search here for "viewing and sharing") but a real life access to a shared PST file is not possible with all Outlook versions without 3rd psrty ...
