Good point, what happens when all our information is in one spot and
that gets broken? Thats why we have multiple storage media.
For instance I have this iPod 60 gig that can play video to. I can plug
one small cord into about any TV and play videos and pictures on it. I
carry that wire with me so if I can plug into anyones TV. I am
currently collecting the 200 hollywood movies that influenced me the
most since I was a kid. I have about 170 now and store them all on one
external drive 300 gigs. I convert the dvd to a much smaller file 1 gig
and could potentially get 50 or 60 complete movies on my little iPod
and could play them at anyone's house on their stuff. See where this is
going? But I have my 15000 songs and refuse to delete them for movies,
so I leave enough space to dump 4 complete 2 hour movies quickly when I
visit friends and store the rest off pod. But I also have 329 music
videos and 2000 images on my iPod, but all this stuff is backed up in
two more places, external drives. A 300 gig external can hold 340 CD's
worth of data, that is 700 megs, blah blah blah ... misspellings and
gibberish fer ya bra

Its a stupid hobby really and it looks and sounds good. Those radio
stations play 100 songs over and over, learn them and you'll, the iPod
can't be beat!
