Yes, you should be able to mount the root partition from nautilus then
browse to the /boot/grub folder. If Supergrub overwrote your menu.lst then
I'd expect it backed it up, you should be able to restore the original and
work from there. If you need to get there in a terminal it will probably
be something like /media/disk/boot/grub but issue a "mount" or "df"
command first and see if that gives a clue as to where it was mounted.
