.aspx page does not work -- any ideas?

I am taking a college course and my e-learning site does render at all.
Would anyone have any ideas? It works under Windows -- I tried it on my
9 year old's Windows game machine.

The site is: http://olangel.embanet.com/

The site does not respond to ping, and traceroute times out.
Perhaps it requires a nonstandard protocol? Or, maybe you
just got lucky with the connection from the game machine.

[jim@jb ~]$ ping olangel.embanet.com
PING olangel.embanet.com (208.66.92.51) 56(84) bytes of data.

--- olangel.embanet.com ping statistics ---
18 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100%% packet loss, time 16999ms

No ideas from me. Also running Mdk 2008.1 free. Everything I clicked on
worked in Firefox 3.0b5 and Firefox 2.0.0.13

Mozilla plugger is installed for most of the other plugins.

I have un-installed java IceTea and installed Java(TM) Plug-in 1.6.0_06-b02
from java.sun.com.

I just tried it again from browser, site is up and working.
Ping times out so they are dropping those packets.

I get the same results. There is something obviously wrong with the site
as it looks like the page that is loading is
http://olangel.embanet.com/frames.aspx I am not sure if this means
anything.
