So, if I put some pictures up of a woman's snatch and say you sent them to me,
that's verification that you sent them?
Think about it, Sarah, once an envelope has been opened, there's no way to
verify what was originally in it. If Gilmer has an identifiable pic of Karen,
then one can assume that Karen had sent THAT photo to him at some point in time.

I'm a photography enthusiast and have won many awards for my photos. Gilmer
said Karen took pictures of him with a telephoto lens. From what pics I saw,
they were taken with a slightly wide angle to possibly a normal lens. The
narrow depth of field will give away a telephoto shot every time. Since
Gilmer's claim that the photos were taken with a telephoto lens is a lie, then
how can we believe him about WHO took the photos? Gilmer could have gotten a
drinking buddy to take the photos.

You should know that when someone makes a complaint to a law enforcement agency,
an officer HAS to log and file a report. The report is going to include exactly
what the complainant says. A police report is a police report - nothing more -
nothing less. In a situation like this, an officer had no way of knowing
whether Gilmer was telling the truth or not. The officer simply writes the
report and files it. If it is actionable, it will go to the State Attorney's
office. Gilmer is using the court of public opinion to try to convict Karen -
not a court of law. *IF* Gilmer had unimpeachable evidence, Karen would been
indicted and found guilty of mailing interstate pornography.
