Picture Kenny, the fat slob in his very tight uniform trying to run
after a shoplifter and tackling her in the parking lot ... only to
discover when the manager came out, that Kenny had inadvertently
hog-tied himself and the lady was on her feet and produced a receipt for
her tank tops and dog chow. HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR......
