Key Biscayne is at the southern tip of the state of Florida. The string of islands (connected by bridges) going all the way to Key West are called "Keys".

That was my understanding. However Sarah told me she grew up in Canada,
so I'm left assuming that there is a "Key Biscayne" in Canada, or a
"Canada" in Key Biscayne.

But then, she was also in Vietnam, Desert Storm, the Pentagon, CIA
Intel, and the Iraq war. As well as watched September 11 from a front
row seat and was best friends with the head of a secret classified
network. OH! I forgot. "Federal" Marshal and "was offered a job as a
policeman". Which is great, as most police have to apply for the
position and go through the academy. Ken2XX is so formidable that a
cop job is handed to him, with the chief begging him to accept.
So, yeah. Sarah gets around.
