The headers of the message to which you are referring to see that it
has no connection whatsoever with a domain in Wisconsin. Which, of
course, would be necessary if there were any chance that someone
residing in Wisconsin had posted the message.
Oh, and by the way, notice the number of newsgroups that the message
in question was simultaneously CROSS-POSTED into?
Buy a clue regarding that investigative tidbit.
