Hey I hear you. I had the HP tech team totally hose my laptop. I
bitched so hard and so loud to the Indians that they freaked and had
me send the thing back to the "specialists repair". Got an American
in Calif. who spoke English and all was hunky dory...they reinstalled
XP and Ken now uses that machine as I've become attached to my new
Dell NB.
