Because in the USA, one person does not have the authority to launch
nukes, but in North Korea, one person does. Any other questions,
stupid?

And thanks for being so ignorant. It makes me laugh.

You believe the President of the United States could make a military
order that would be disobeyed by everyone down the chain of command?

Dude, the guys who arm and launch the missiles, and the guys on the
planes that arm and deploy the bombs, drill ALL THE TIME.

Often, they do not know if their orders are a drill or if they are for
real this time. They go through the entire procedure, up to the launch
step, and are evaluated and debriefed on the procedure every time. They
routinely go right up to the launch step, and every one of them would
follow the lawful order when it came, particularly being desensitized to
it. They have already decided to follow such an order, otherwise they
would not be standing at that particular post.

There is only three people with the launch code. Each person has one
third part of that code. So a launch cannot be executed if one person is
out sick that day.
