Not possible. Too much is out there already archived. Too many search
engines, databases.

Nope. See my objection above. Look Bill, there are databases that hold
usenet threads that are located all over the globe. Check it out for
yourself. You are asking the impossible. What is more reasonable is to
set a date after which any further content cannot be written or the deal is
off. You have to be reasonable and realistic.
