Ahhh...that would turn heads even in the States.

How old might that building be? Was it dark and dim inside or well
lighted? Was the beer merely cool and not cold? Very charming and
quaint...unlike Applebee's :'((

Looks like it's on its way to the circus. A real eye-catcher, eh?

Beautiful cars...looks like somebody's got money. Corvettes are so
blase`now...ugly, too. Who is impressed, I wonder?

First people see the old albatross pull up. Then Deb gets out. Then he
lumbers out. Then people gape. Then they all turn away and find an
excuse to leave the area or go inside their RVs and pull the curtains.
Trash like that wouldn't even be allowed in the campgrounds where we've
stayed. They have their standards and if something is offensive to the
other campers, they won't let the trashy stay. Nobody with new and
expensive rigs wants an eyesore and ugly people parked next to them to
spoil their view. No pink flamingos, either.

Well, what did you think after what he pulled on Karen? You'd have been
lucky if he showed up at all, no matter how many arrangements you had
made or how many promises he made. Can you say "self-centered" and
"irresponsible"? He's totally unconcerned about anybody's feelings or
needs; just his own. Sociopaths/psychopaths are like that...

That's normal people, not the paranoid with little recall of what
they've said/written while half in the bag. And compulsive liars have
trouble keeping their stories straight.

It's amusing that Fay never got beyond a "storm" - does FEMA give
people money for "storm damage" or must it be a "hurricane"? I would
think that homeowners' insurance should pay for "storm damage".

What kind of person is either praying for a big disaster that hurts good
people or for his mother to die? He said he was praying a lot recently.
Prayer is usually for positive things beyond one's ability to change or
make happen. I don't think God is anxious to answer prayers that cause
pain or death for others, tho.....just to get hold of some easy
money...God helps those who help themselves in the money department.
And that means earning it honestly.

I could be wrong, tho. Deb has this astonishing good luck and wins BIG
money all the time when she gambles. No mention of how much she had to
spend to get it, tho. I don't consider it winning if you spend $1000 to
get back $500. Of course, some people have an accounting mind ... and
some don't.

I like your pictures, especially the *olde* pubs. They have soo much
charm and character.
