Interesting. And thanks. I didn't realize that online spasm had gone
into Real Life but I see now what Lord Cannon's JAX connection was.

I was in touch with a Jacksonville detective who had been newsgroup
stalked himself by some crazy woman who claimed to be the girlfriend
of a since-executed serial killer, so at the time this certainly
spilled over into Real Life. The detective obviously took this stuff
seriously and gave me some information on Karen and her one real
associate, but the conclusion was that we were dealing with two idiots
who were a minimal threat.
So I thanked him for his time.
I still have his phone number and a case number on a note in my wallet
incidentally - he and several street cops thought that Old Odd
Anderson might be silly enough to try and confront me some day.
But Anderson's claims of contacting our local cops are, as far as I
can tell, 100%% imaginary on her part.
Big shock there.
