I know what the fuck an M-4 fires, dipshit. What is the difference between a
5.56 round and a .223 round? An M-4 is a CARBINE! It is
quite useful in street fighting and equipped with a scope it can be even more
useful for urban warfare, but it is not a sniper rifle in the traditional sense.
The barrel is too short which decreases accuracy and velocity. There's no way
that it could be called a traditional sniper rifle...
