I agree but I am agree no state mental facility would offer her a bed.
She looks like a leper and acts like schizo and the skin condition
would probably be considered contagious.
And you need to correct yourself, Ice. She's not merely a "nutter".
She's gone WAY beyond nutter stage. Happened years ago. She's
escalated to a full on Nutter Butter by now!
