re: Renaissance Festival. Years ago, I was invited to a function in
Seattle where everyone was dressed in period clothing and there was a
huge banquet and carryings on. I was horribly drunk throughout it all
so only remember bits and pieces, but everyone seemed to be having a
great time striding around with armour on and Hark!ing.
Thanks for the info on Newsguy. It was the reader/server/fiddling
around that got me. My attention span is not exactly stellar these
days, so it sounds simple enough even for me.
