It isn't a civil complaint about slander.
It's a criminal filing. If Karen lives here in the State of
Washington, our legislature is forming criminal laws to address what
is on that harasser's website and she will be able to take it to the
prosecutor's office. Pornographic images are being used to publicly
harass an individual, which will have full criminal implications. In
fact, a sentence in absentia can then lead to classification of that
harasser as a Registered Sex Offender. Those Sex Offender
identifications will soon be available across all States on a national
public database.

The laws are changing dramatically around the type of thing you're
doing. Washington State is very progressive about this, and your
defense will not be based on "dirty laundry". You will have to defend
yourself in a criminal action regarding the material fact you are
sending pornographic images through the internet to stalk and harass a
citizen. The days of this being called a civil problem are long
over. It is now a crime.
