It belongs to me because:
1. I was the purchaser.
2. It was a surprise present for Ken on his 50th birthday.
3. I had it registered and delivered to the house on the morning of his
birthday so he could see it, enjoy it, embrace it, and drive it.
4. In order to do # 3 I had to have it registered and titled in my own
name.
Neither Ken, nor I, nor the MD DMV, nor the dealership, nor anyone but you
and your gutter trash talking buddies find any of the above unusual. On
the contrary they all thought it was a wonderful gift. Why you can't
comprehend this and are still blubbering about it a year on is beyond the
norm for any one other than a compete nutter.
