But they were never able to build a launch vehicle capable of landing
men on the moon. Seventeen moon missions later, on 14Dec 1972 the
last American left the surface of the moon and you Brits can barely
construct a working flush toilet.

Oddly enough not many people know or realise that Germany in WW2 was
the last enemy we fought which observe the Genoeva Conventions. The
Japanese were savages and it's why so many allied veterans hated the
Japs until the day they died.
