Why does the Sarah/Ken and Gilmer Special Olympics do that? For
people who like to imply that they're some kind of usenet rodeo
riders, it gives them the appearance of walking around with shitty
toilet paper stuck on their heel.

It's the nature of their mental defect.
They think they know it all but are shown time and again to be full of
shit, and therefore, full of themselves.
Their narcissism demands an audience whether its the minority of
like-minded mental midgets who are supportive of their bullshit and
lies or, the vast majority who see precisely what forces of negativity
and misguided egotism they truly are in their vacuous so-called life.
A person only has to view the overall picture related to their posts
in numerous newsgroups, and in the case of gilturd, include the
web-based discussion groups he has been kicked out of, to realize how
little they are appreciated.
