Ever heard of Frank Anton? Frank spent more years as a prisoner in 'South'
Vietnam than any other American during the American/Vietnam war. I can tell you
that I could not have survived what he went through or what McCain went through.
That was an education that can't be taught in a political science class.
At the same time, Bush was nothing more than a rich brat drinking at parties and
snorting coke. There is no way to compare the two. I don't personally know of
any Vietnam vet who is happy about all of Bush's decisions - even those who are
dyed hard Republicans.
Bush feels he has some moral/evangelical right to 'correct' governments in other
parts of the world. He is a power hungry, self serving bastard IMO. He has
hurt America; most of Europe despises us because of Bush.
It's time for the pendulum to swing the other way, so I was prepared to vote
Democrat this year, but what does the Party come up with? Two of the lamest
pieces of shit ever! There would have been no fucking way the Republicans could
have won this year if the Democratic Party had nominated a moderate Democrat.
They fucked up royally and now the Republicans actually have a chance of getting
another of their party elected as president.
McCain is certainly NOT the same as Bush but the rest of the world will not see
that, including the Canuks, eh?
Palin was picked because she is a woman. If she had been a man, there would be
no way in hell that she would be McCain's running mate.
So, instead of voting for who I want as president, I will vote against the one I
dislike the most. Heh...
