Pretty pointless when Mike Anthony just said Sammy's name.
Since it's no surprise that Edweird HATED Sammy by that point in the tour I think he's pointing him out in a sarcastic way and his mindset is something like "Ok this fucker thinks he's the star of my band, so I'll make him the star" ... and he overdoes the pointing to him to try and get that across.
Embarrassing.
