Okay, best song ever... but this song NEEDS to be later in the set. I
hate it when PJ play it early. Yeah, it gets the place warmed up, but
at the cost of wasting the best song ever. Because the song just is
better when the audience is warmed up, when Ed is warmed up, when Stone
is warmed up. That's all there is to it. The audience can shake MSG
when it is played later; Ed howls better and ad-libs and dances more
when it is played later; Stoney shreds the second solo when it is played
later. It's like day and night.
Things I look for, energy, tightness, quality of Ed's voice (strong,
growling) and good howls, quality of Stone's second solo. Extra points
for ad libs and "admire my Stone".
Okay, that being said, does anyone have a favorite version from this
tour? Tell me why you like it.
Laurie

Did anyone watch Smirk tonight? How about Webb's rebuttal? I wonder how
Dirk will try to smear Webb tomorrow. I can officially say that Webb and
Tester have joined Feingold as politicians I respect.

1.) When placing a carry out order at a restaurant, should you leave a tip?
2.) If you decide not to leave a tip, writing a '-' on the tip line
instead, and the place charges you 20%% anyway, what should you do?

Hello,
My name is Brian. I am putting together a 5dvd set of mid 90's music
videos. Stuff we all saw on MTV shows like Alternative Nation, 120 mins
ect.... I have around 400+ music videos for the collection now, but am
missing some select videos, and I was wondering if anyone had them. I
can trade for them, buy them from you, or offer you a copy of the
finished set. I need the following:
Pearl jam - even flow
pearl jam - jeremy
radiohead - creep
temple of the dog - hunger strike
beck - loser.
If you can help me - please email at brian_yersky@ yahoo.com
thanks for your time

I know there are at least a few horror fans here, so I thought I'd post a
link to a pretty cool little short some friends of mine did recently. It
stars the likes of Sid (Devil's Rejects) Haig, Doug (Hellraiser) Bradley,
and Robert (The Howling, Star Trek) Picardo. And the hero of the piece is
my boy friend, whom I met right here in AMPJ almost seven years ago.
Check it out if you've got about four minutes to spare and could use a mood
lifter:

Some of you might like this.
Rage Against The Machine, the seminal L.A. band that made heavy music
into political manifesto, will reunite after a seven-year lull for one
show as the headliners at the 2007 Coachella Valley Music and Arts
Festival, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Sources say Rage, which played the main stage at the first Coachella in
1999, will be joined by other familiar faces for the eighth edition of
the festival, which covers three days this year and begins April 27:
Red Hot Chili Peppers, which headlined in 2003, are back, as is Björk,
who topped the bill in 2002.
It's not clear which day Rage or the other acts were slotted to play;
that announcement is expected in the next few days. Other acts expected
in the eclectic lineup: Arcade Fire, Interpol, Willie Nelson, the
Roots, Manu Chao, the Decemberists, Arctic Monkeys, Sonic Youth,
Crowded House, Air, Tiësto and Kings Of Leon.
