I just got back from the Marilyn Manson / Slayer concert and ran into an
acquaintance there. Not really a friend but more like my drug dealer and
he rarely even has the drugs I want because he's a pillhead and a meth
freak while I prefer weed and hallucinogens.

So I was still kinda shroomed as I left and ran into him across from the
xian protesters who were shouting Jebus and damnation. He looked as
horrible as usual, all skinny and zitfaced and wearing his usual long-
sleeved black death metal t-shirt, but the shrooms made him especially
eery-looking, and I realized that if the devil exists then it was him.

He wears long-sleeve shirts because of all the needle marks on his arms,
and the one time I saw him in short sleeves I was appalled at what I saw.
One day I saw him rummaging through his car and he opened a cigar box
with a bunch of syringes inside. He doesn't even mention injecting to
me, but he readily confesses to being on any combination of Oxycontin,
Fentanyl, morphine, and crystal meth. He manages to hold it together
under the influence and appears sober, and the only thing that gives him
away (other than looking like a crackhead) is that his left eye floats
in the wrong direction when he talks to you.
