The surprisingly flexible plans are made, the bike is ready to go (there is
gas in the tank and it starts).

See friends and ride with friends, ride by myself, go places I've never
been. The weather is looking like blue skies and sunshine, no chance of
rain/snow, but perhaps a bit warm. I am riding on the edge, no cell phone,
no GPS, no map, no cash, no worries.

Is there and easy way to push the pins out that hold the floats in on a
rack of GS650 carbs without splitting the rack? I need to get floats out
the clean the valves and last time I tried I broke two carbs when using
a small screwdriver as a pin punch and hitting it with a hammer. No
matter how much carb cleaner I spray in the float valves still stick. Or
would I be better to get enough cleaner and a tank and just totally dunk
for 24 hr?

Dont know how many Canadians there are here but I'm trying to spread the
good new that the Parry Sound sport bike rally is back on again. Would
be nice to here from those who are going or want to go from the Kawartha
Lakes area. Maybe we can have are own rike to the rally?
