The most important qualities to me are, the ability to perform Duty with
Honor, and Honesty, and Integrity, and Reliability.

The missions that we are doing will require people that are capable of
paying their own way to, and back from, a Foreign Country, and be able work
there to support themselves, and the mission, for as long as approximately
two years. You will need to know how to be resourceful, and how to
improvise, and how to adapt, and how to overcome the suspects.

Being able to handle both friendly and hostile Foreign Authorities
diplomatically, without tipping off the missions, is required.

The ability to work independently of the other groups, as a group of four to
eight people, doing your own reconnaissance, and planning and carrying out
your own missions, coordinating and working with the other groups towards
the overall goal is required.

Because unsecureable communication methods have caused us problems in the
past, being able to be disciplined to making communication contacts between
groups only when necessary, and then in only the most securable method
available, is required. The most secure method of communication is face to
face. The second most secure method of communication is by courier. The
third most secure method of communication is by written sealed letters.
Phone and Computer communications are unsecureable, and we only give memory
peg communications by Phone or by Computer, and you must be disciplined to
not speaking of any details of any operation upon a Phone or Computer. If
you decide to volunteer, use one of the first three methods of communication
to contact me, we cannot even let anyone in our own Government know the
names of our operatives for security reasons.

The ability to remember multiple contingency plans, and use a unique word or
phrase as a memory peg, and to be able to carry out the contingency plan
when the unique word or phrase used as a memory peg, is given, is required.

Mountain climbing shills are required, and the ability to collect
Intelligence and take and handle Prisoners is required. The ability to plan
and escort both Intelligence and Prisoners to the nearest available friendly
landing zone, even if the nearest available friendly landing zone turns out
to be State side.

We run all of our missions unarmed, but experience in use of various types
of firearms, is required, and experience with various types of explosives
may be useful.

The ability to speak and read and write, and to be able to be functional in
a Foreign Language, and the ability to blend into a Foreign culture is
required.

The knowledge of, and strict adherence to the Geneva Convention and the US
Military Code of Justice is required.

Because we believe in rehabilitation, no contrite person will be
discriminated against for having a Criminal Record, however we have found
that if you have a serious Criminal Record, it may be difficult to get a
passport, and or to get into some countries, and or to get a weapons carry
permit.

where the Spirit Jehovah is, there is Liberty, but Liberty is lost without
Lady Justice espoused to me among my harem.

Department, of the United States Army, it is doing my Duty to my God, and to
