The trinity denies the sacrifice, for two reasons:
1) without Yahushwa being a man, in the flesh, and nothing more, he
will not have died in totallity.
2) without Yahushwa being completely separate from Yehvah, the Father,
his death was no more death than if you have an arm amputated (and
then re-attached three days later).

The Bible teaches Jesus' resurrection was indeed bodily (as opposed to the
Jehovah's Witnesses erroneous belief that He was only spiritually
resurrected) and noted theologian George Whitefield's sermon is on that
topic.

The Power Of Christ's Resurrection
by George Whitefield
Philippians 3:10 "That I may know Him, and the power of his resurrection."
The apostle, in the verses before the text, had been cautioning the
Philippians to "beware of the concision," Judaizing teachers, who endeavored
to subvert them from the simplicity of the gospel, by...

Alexander MacLaren takes the topic for this sermon to be the Holy Spirit and
His teaching of believers. This is an edifying sermon that I hope you will
read.

The Teacher Spirit
by Alexander MacLaren
'These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the
Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My name, He
shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance,
whatsoever I have said unto you.' - John 14:25, 26.

Dealing with proper names in translation
Proper names (used here interchangeably with the expression 'proper
nouns') can be dealt with in a number of ways in translations. First,
a PN can be transported wholesale from the target text (allowance
being made for possible transliteration or transcription depending on
the languages concerned). Second, it can be partly transported from
the source language (SL) and partly translated. Thirdly, it can be
replaced with more or less different names in the target language
(TL). Finally, it can be dispensed with altogether. In the following I
shall further refine this classification.

Having God as the Lord of our lives is not an easy thing to consistently
make in any Christian's life. But it is something we, as Christians, should
always try to maintain. God is the Lord of our lives. And always will be. We
should not lose sight of that fact. Sadly, we do from time to time. David
Roper preaches about this in his sermon of encouragement presented below.
May God bless,
Carl

Heaven - It's Hope
by D.L. Moody
A great many persons imagine that anything said about heaven is only a
matter of speculation. They talk about heaven like the air. Now there would
not have been so much in Scripture on this subject if...

The topic of the following sermon by John Piper is aptly explained in its
title. I urge my Christian brethren to read it and ponder the points John
Piper makes therein.
