I still like Wilhelm's translation as a starting point:

25. Wu Wang / Innocence (The Unexpected)

--------
-------- above Ch'ien The Creative, Heaven
--------
--- ---
--- --- below Chên The Arousing, Thunder
--------

The Judgement

Innocence. Supreme success.
Perseverance furthers.
If someone is not as he should be,
He has misfortune,
And it does not further him
To undertake something.

The Image

Under heaven thunder rolls:
All things attain the natural state of innocence.
Thus the kings of old,
Rich in virtue, and in harmony with the time,
Fostered and nourished all beings.

The Lines

() Nine at the beginning means:
Innocent behavior brings good fortune.

() Nine in the fifth place means:
Use no medicine in an illness
Incurred through no fault of your own.
It will pass of itself.

35. Chin / Progress

--------
--- --- above Li The Clinging, Flame
--------
--- ---
--- --- below K'un The Receptive, Earth
--- ---

The Judgement

Progress. The powerful prince
Is honored with horses in large numbers.
In a single day he is granted audience three times.

The Image

The sun rises over the earth:
The image of Progress.
Thus the superior man himself
Brightens his bright virtue.

Questions:

25 - what is innocence regarding alt.magick?

Line five - what's the "illness incurred through no fault of your own"
in alt.magick at the moment?

Judgement for 35 - who's the prince of alt.magick? What horses?
Audiences at whose place?

Oh, and LiSe's comments and research on the Changes (particularly
about the ancient writing symbols) are often insightful, and always
interesting:
