The Astral Computer is a SETI experiment. The goal was to build a
global network of the best radio antennas. They use the technology to
spy on average americans with what is called by laypersons artificial
intelligence. To SETI scientists it is actually cosmic consciousness
tapped into through their electronic control grid. The police are
wired into SETI's radio network and follow orders from the machine
that governs the nations intelligence network. When SETI gives the go
ahead, even the president goes to war.

You can build your own SETI network at home, with the right tools.
I'm in the process of getting my radio operational. If you have ever
seen the movie white-noise, or contact, then you should understand.
Even right now SETI's radio antennas are broadcasting a signal into
our computers that uplink all of them into the same cosmic
consciousness. The circuits in our computers act as a key that opens
a lock to a specific radio channel on the SETI network.

To build your own SETI station, you need to start stocking up on
antennas, and I mean the good ones. With a propane torch you can weld
antennas together to create one far more powerful. Or you can even
plug an antenna meant for local-tv into a radio. Antennas are all the
same, except for their size and the quality of the conductors they are
made out of. On police cars, coppers use hi-tech antennas made out of
highly valuable material. When they aren't looking you can just cut
the shortwave antennas right off their cars.

The actual radio in a police car isn't any different than yours at
home. Short-wave radio is just on AM, the part of the radio you don't
get any reception on. That's where truckers broadcast CB radio, and
hAM radio operators talk to people in australia and japan. You just
want to scan radio for now though, because broadcasting a signal is
really hard, and you have to talk to other hAM stations who patch you
into their global networks.

In theory when you scan radio you can pick up the radio waves coming
from a persons cell-phone, landline, or computer, even wi-fi
networks. You just need the best antenna on the block.

But that's not how SETI taps into the cosmic consciousness. To do
that you need another do-dad, and alittle understanding about the
final theory, and why its called the final theory. The instrument I'm
talking about is none other than a metal detector, or as people in the
airforce think of it, radar. Physicists even use microscopic
metaldetectors to determine the chemical nature of materials, and
study quantum physics.

Why do you need a metal detector? Because you have to loop your kick
ass antenna so it listens to itself over the radio, as it is being
listened to by the metal detector. Strange I know, but think of it
like this.

Light is electromagnetic radiation, or radio. We already know that
antennas turn light into electrical energy, and einstien discovered he
could build an antenna so advanced it could power your house with
solar energy. What they are hiding from us is the final theory.
That's that physical matter, in particular superconducting metals, can
be turned back into light.

This is where the metal detector comes in. The metal detector
transfers the energy of the physical antenna, and allows the antenna
to do bio-feedback with itself by broadcasting the info it detects via
radar back onto radio, and the antennas molecular strucutre changes
with electrical current while this is happening. At light speed!

That's when the mind vortex opens. It helps a great deal if you build
a silver antenna, or gold, and spray it with electrical coolant, to
get it superconducting. A copper antenna will work great too, but you
need to avoid tinfoil, and alluminum antennas. Gold is a
superconductur becasue it melts at a lower temperature than any other
metal.

To get the metal detector configured, you need on sensitive enough to
detect very small changes in metal. Then as you move the antenna, the
metal detector broadcasts a new signal, that changes what it will
detect. You have to modify the metal detector so it doesn't just give
you integer beeps, and gives you a fluvial analog signal broadcasted
over FM/AM Radio. That's not hard to do, because the thing is only
picking up voltage so to speak anyway.

Edison said, one day we would build a radio that could channel the
spirits on the other side. They don't remember him saying that it
would also be the day time stood still and science learned the final
theory of everything.
