Support Healthy Relaxation And Normal Sleep Patterns!

Knock Out is a combination of Melatonin, Valerian and Theanine.
Melatonin is a metabolic hormone made in the pineal gland, retina, and
intestines. Melatonin is released into the blood stream by the pineal
gland (which resides in the brain) to set your body's biological clock
and initiate sleep. Darkness stimulates the pineal gland and causes it
to produce more melatonin. Day light stops your body's production of
melatonin. Melatonin helps to promote healthy sleep patterns.
Melatonin also protects cells from free radical damage, and directs
the release of growth and sex hormones.

Theanine is believed to be the primary component of green tea that
provides a relaxing effect. Theanine is an amino acid derivative of
glutamine. Oral doses of 50 and 200 mg of theanine given to healthy
volunteers promoted alpha brain wave production. Alpha waves are
associated with a calm mental state. Theanine helps to induce a state
of calm relaxation.

I tried all that and sadly it didn't work for me. Now (and
for the past 4 years) I take one 10 mg Ambien and two 1 mg
Clonazepam tablets (both ordered by doctors prescription)
and this combo gives me a natural 8 hours sleep usually with
pleasant enjoyable dreams (never had any nightmares or bad
contents in my dreams). I wake up refreshed in a good mood
and ready for a good cup of morning coffee and face each
day with grace and USUALLY enjoyment. I have my shitty days
too but - then don't we all every once in a while!
My insurance covers full payment otherwise I'd have to pay
about $200 per month.

What you offer in the 50 tab sale prices???? are 98%% safe and
effectiveness in combo of contents if not taken for extended
periods of time.

don't remember my dreams. 2 1mg tabs, just like you. Is it the Ambien that
makes the difference for you? I'd love to find a natural...

Melatonin does help a lot.

Don't take it though if you intend to stay up late at night. It really
does reset your internal clock to light time schedules. For instance, it
will help you get up with or just before the sun and you will get tired
when the sun goes down. You will also sleep nicely during the dark.

When you stay up late at night, it is easy to get depressed because your
brain doesn't make melatonin in the night (when it is dark). Melatonin
helps you to be happy.

I've tried *only* melatonin. It doesn't work for me. A mixture may though,
and valerian is supposed to be good for headaches.

My Pagan/Celt/Druid birth right completely supports herbal remedies
and recognizes the USA is way behind and FDA too strict and slow. We
also have drug companies wanting to make huge profit.

My past employment in medical/pharmacy professions and upbringing with
a Physician Grandfather runs in here with red flags and alarm bells.

NEVER cross herbal remedies with other medications without checking
with a trusted and trained (meaning schooled) professional. The
results of even seemingly harmless herbs can be disastrous to your
internal organs, circulation or deadly.

Herbal supplements are sold over the counter but are not FDA approved
which means they are not subject to the laws of the same labeling and
drug interaction cautions. They do not have to cross label how another
herb will react with it either.

Please keep in mind although herbs were used as cures in the past, few
records of obituaries and test results were recorded.
We lived and ate differently back then. Had few chemical
preservatives.
