Fuck transformation. The quest for transformation is the ego's
equivalent of shopping for a new hat.

Yes, the search for "transformation" does always devolve into an
exercise in increasing one's vanity, since to seek to transform is
inevitably to seek to transform into something "better", and there's
only ever one real reason for that.
The fortunate ones fail in this exercise, and actually attain. Another
good reason to meditate on the seven of disks.
