first of all, don't go see this unless your girlfriend requires it. it
has nothing for men except the promise of a blowjob from your partner if
you successfully endure it. and i do mean endure it. this movie is
LONG! about 90 minutes longer than it needs to be.
the entire movie could have been a one hour episode on HBO. carrie and
big are looking for an apartment, big buys one, carrie wants dual
ownership, big backhandedly proposes, the wedding turns into a huge
ordeal, miranda shoots her mouth off, big gets cold feet and leaves
carrie on the steps of the church (library), the girls have a big sob
party in mexico, charlotte shits herself, miranda leaves steve because
she's a lousy human being, the old chick leaves the blond guy, a greasy
italian guy reveals a limp sausage, carrie hires a negro assistant to
unpack boxes, charlotte has a baby, miranda gets back with steve and
carrie and big get married at the courthouse and that's the movie.
the big screen makes everyone look REALLY old, the head writer's story
was lousy, and only the sex i had at the end of my date made up for this
lame excuse for a movie. they even managed to take the city out of sex
and the city. terrible! even women in the audience were like, "damn,
that movie sucked!"
