Moving along my way.

I haven't been exercising as much the past 2 weeks. I've been taking
classes at the university of phoenix, and I haven't been dieting right
either, or even drinking as much water. I've been taking
multivitamins, and have found that when I take them I'm mentally more
alert. But something has changed. I've been fighting cravings again
when I am around other people smoking cigarettes, and smelling the pot
smoke lingering around the local hippies. I had a cigarette last
night before bed, and has one this morning. The first smokes I've had
in a month & a half.

I had detoxed all of the addiction out of my system with a water fast,
multi-vitamins, hard-core weight lifting, and cardio fitness.
Sweating out all of the toxins, and burning the fat. I've been
feeling better for it and I am still going to bed really early and
waking up at dawn. I woke up at 7:00 AM this morning.

Follow my advice, Corey. Follow this advice.

Don't worry about what you should not eat.

But when you wake up for your day, eat a handful of a variety of fruit
with a glass of filtered water. Wait up to 2 hours before eating a non-
fruit. Don't mix fruit with non-fruit.

Work-out 5 days a week and take two days off. Alternate between lower
body, legs, and abs on Tuesdays and Thursdays for example, and upper
body, back, chest, and arms on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you don't go
to a gym then invest in one dumbbell that you can change the weights.
Your first repetition of a particular exercise should be to failure.
That means you should only be able to do one repetition before going
down by about 5kg. Do three sets for 5 repetitions per set. Do about 6
or 7 exercises which will take about 30 minutes. Sit-ups are very
important. Keep the fat off your belly and you can keep yourself alive
for a long time.

Sleep as much as you need. If you use an alarm you need to stop and
just go to bed early. Try to wake up naturally where you just can't
sleep anymore. Your body tells you it wants to wake up. This will go a
long way in correcting chemical imbalances.
