tuning is a term used in dark city.
tuning reality you are the broadcast
station of your wavelength and reality
is the television (you want to play your
station in it with the others or make an
hostile take over of them all). we are
likewise tuned into a selection of
stations, wavelengths and nature. we
take in something of the world outside.
energy broadcasts and ripples into other
energy systems creating effect in the
mental telepathic information "sphere"
of thought (based on energy) and further
on the acts, events, manifestation, and
speach / representations of materiality.
